Kettlebell Walking Lunge
Stand straight up with feet about shoulder width apart holding one kettlebell in each hand on each side of you. Step forward with one leg being sure not to allow your knee to travel past your toes. Lower your body by flexing knee and hip of front leg until knee of rear leg “kisses” the floor (it should just barely touch the ground VERY gently). Stand up on the forward leg with assistance of rear leg. Repeat by moving directly into the next step. Be sure to keep your torso upright, knee should trace over the foot, and the core should stay tight throughout.
