Standing with feet shoulder width apart, clean a kettlebell with one arm. Push your hips in the direction of the cleaned kettlebell, while turning your toes in a 45 degree angle in the opposite direction of the kettlebell (you should also bend the knee slightly on the leg that is unweighted. Simultaneously bend to the side, while also pressing the kettlebell vertically. The lift is complete when the bell is locked out.
