Kettlebell Push Press

Standing with feet about should width apart and the kettlebell(s) in the rack position: handle in the palm, base of the kettlebell supported in the inside of the elbow of the arm. Bend slightly at the knee (as you would if you were shooting a foul shot in basketball), at the bottom of this dip, change directions quickly, and drive straight up with the legs to accelerate the kettlebell up off the shoulder. Tighten the legs after the drive is finished and push the kettlebells up all the way so the kettlebells are extended overhead.
