Kettlebell Pistol

Stand with feet shoulder width apart, hold a kettlebell close to your chest. Extend the non-squatting leg out in front of you and squat down with the other leg (so the thigh gets below parallel). Once you reach the bottom, stand up while maintaining your balance without touching the floor, the wall, or the other leg to the ground. As you are going down be sure to keep your heel down and keep your core, quads and glutes tight.
