Kettlebell Overhead Squat

Clean and Press or Snatch a KB with one arm into an overhead position. With the bell extended overhead do a full below-parallel squat (be sure to keep the back straight and tight, the mid-section tight, the eyes straight ahead, heels down, and do not let the knees go past the toes on the squat). If your flexibility allows, try not to allow the trunk to rotate too far to either side.
