Kettlebell Mountain Climber (sprinter’s lunge)

Start with your hands on the handles of kettlebells similar to how you would in a kettlebell push-up. Get in a lunge position with a straight back leg and front leg’s shin parallel to ground. This position should stretch you, but not further than you are comfortable with. The chest should be up and outward and the back should be straight or slightly arched. Eyes should look straight ahead. Without breaking form, quickly switch leg positions simultaneously landing with the opposite leg in front and opposite leg in back. Repeat.
