Start in the push-up position with hands on the KBs. Complete one push-up. Row one of the KBs after you are back in the top of the position, then put the KB back on the ground. Then do another push-up, then row the other KB and put it back on the ground returning to the top of the position. Then jump your feet so they land up near your hands, while maintaining the grip on the kettlebell, so it is like the bottom of a KB deadlift. Clean and press the KBs. After the press, bring the KBs to waist height, then squat down to set the KBs on the ground outside just of your legs. Then jump your feet back so you return to the top of the push up position.
