Kettlebell Front Squat

Standing with feet about should width apart and the kettlebells in the rack position: handle in the palm, hands near the face, but in this position have the KBs on the outside of your arms so in the bottom of the rack they are resting on the outside of your bicep. Proceed to complete a strict squat: keeping the butt back, chest up, eyes straight ahead, mid-section tight, back straight, and not allowing your knees to go past your toes. Be sure to go down below parallel then rise back up to a full standing position.
