Kettlebell Clean

Standing with feet shoulder width apart, and a kettlebell in one hand (gripped with an overhand grip) being a kettlebell swing, as the KB rises, pull the elbow up, back and then quickly tuck it under the kettlebell to receive it smoothly in the rack position. The kettlebell should not smash onto your arm or shoulder. When you pull the elbow and tuck-under it should be fluid and easy, at this point the KB should be weightless from the momentum of the swing.
