Kettlebell Bent Press

Standing with feet shoulder width apart, clean a kettlebell with one arm. Push your hips in the direction of the cleaned kettlebell, while turning your toes in a 45 degree angle in the opposite direction of the kettlebell (you should also bend the knee slightly on the leg that is unweighted. In a controlled manner, bend to the side without pressing the kettlebell up. Continue to bend down and away from the kettlebell until it is locked out.
