Standing with feet about shoulder width apart (holding a KB in each hand), bend the knees and push the hips back as you lean forward, keep your back tight in full extension. From this position, pull the kettlebells vertically up by using the upper back and pull the elbows as high as possible. Focus on getting the elbows elevated and using your upper back rather to do the work.
