What is this thing?
A kettlebell (or Girya in Russian) looks like a flat bottomed metal ball with a handle on it. It is an excellent tool for total body strength and conditioning. It’s unique design makeit an extremely versatile device that can be used to train every muscle in the body.

Who is it for?
Kettlebells come in all shapes and sizes, and can be used by ANYONE! Young or old, in shape or out of shape, professional athlete, amateur athlete, moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas…everyone can use kettlebells and get in shape!

What makes it good?
One look at a kettlebell and you know the thing is basically indestructible. Since it will last forever, it is basically a gym membership for life! With the right kettlebell workout, you will be unstoppable! Forget about continually shelling dough month in and month out!

What do I do with it?
The short answer is, A LOT!
